xN Giving

"Upwards Together," is the motto of Suubi Nursery and Primary school.

In April 2014, xN Studio forged a partnership with Suubi Primary School, an orphanage school just outside of Uganda's capital, Kampala and we recently spun off our fundraising into an independent 501(c)3 charity, Mukono Foundation! Around 300 pupils receive their primary education here, and about 100 are orphans who reside here as well. This number has steadily increased since it was established in 2005.

xN Studio is committed to raising funds that go toward their ongoing needs. A portion of sales from all xN Studio products made in Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya will be donated to the school through our new foundation. Outright donations are accepted as well.

xN Giving and Mukono Foundation social impact, primary education in Uganda

Suubi Nursery and Primary School in Uganda needs your help. Having outgrown the site it has occupied since it was established in 2005, they desperately need funds to maintain their educational and dormitory facilities, and complete their new larger space. Suubi is also in ongoing need of reading books (English), and educational supplies, and board games. Any dollar amount will go an awfully long way. All tax deductible donations can be made here.

These are some ways your donation will be used:

$10 will pay for one pupil's school uniform;
$50 will pay for an entire classroom's supplies;
$200 will pay for a security gate on the compound; and
$500 will pay for the labor needed to complete construction.
Please note that you can also combine gift amounts. For example, if you would like to donate $30, simply add three 'Supporter' gifts to your cart.
